Shipping Policy
Shipping within the United States is free, and all orders are processed in 3 - 7 business days as all of our items are custom made. Expedited shipping and delivery is available at checkout at the following rate: overnight shipping is $50.
Please note that orders placed with overnight shipping on Friday will arrive in 1 business day on Monday. Orders placed after Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
International Shipping
Shipping to all other countries outside of the U.S. and Canada are charged a $20 shipping fee. Shipping is complimentary on all International orders over $200. Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Processing + Delivery Times
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Returns
All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Lily Frank Jewelry or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5-7 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Lily Frank Jewelry is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
